1. The Office and these Terms
Eugine Administrative Agent Office (the "Office") is an administrative agent (행정사) office in Seoul (business registration no. 774-35-01553). These Terms apply to your use of the Office's website (the "Site"). By using the Site or sending a consultation request you accept these Terms.

2. What this Site is
The Site describes the Office's services (Dịch thuật Công chứng & Chứng thực; Cấp phép Thiết bị Y tế & GMP; Sản xuất Mỹ phẩm & Đăng ký CGMP; Đăng ký Thực phẩm Chức năng Sức khỏe & Bán Dược phẩm; Chứng nhận Doanh nghiệp Vừa và Nhỏ / Do Phụ nữ Làm chủ / Khởi nghiệp Sáng tạo, among others) and lets you send a consultation request. You cannot create an account or pay through the Site; any engagement is arranged directly with the Office.
3. Using the Site does not engage the Office
Information on the Site is general and is not advice on your particular matter or a promise of any result. Requirements, documents, fees and processing times set by authorities change, so please confirm with the Office before you rely on them.
A working relationship begins only when the Office agrees to take your matter and you have agreed the scope of work and the fee. Sending an inquiry or using the Site does not create one.
4. Inquiries and files
When you use the inquiry form, please:
- give accurate information, and send only documents and information you are entitled to share;
- attach images or PDF files only, up to 15MB each and no more than 10 files;
- not send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive details that are not needed for your inquiry;
- not send anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.
5. Fees and costs
Amounts shown on the Site are indicative unless stated otherwise. The fee for your matter is agreed directly with the Office. Where they apply, fees paid to government bodies or other third parties are separate from the Office's fee.
6. Prohibited use
Do not:
- use the Site unlawfully or send false or fraudulent content;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or disrupt its operation;
- scrape the Site or send inquiries in bulk by automated means;
- impersonate the Office or any other person.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to third-party services such as KakaoTalk, WhatsApp or a Naver blog. The Office does not operate them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Intellectual property
The text, images and logos on the Site belong to the Office or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works from them without the Office's written permission.
9. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Site is provided as is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the Office is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law or your statutory rights as a consumer, and responsibility for work the Office undertakes for you is governed by your agreement with the Office and applicable law.
10. Who runs the Site
The Site is built and hosted for the Office by Expert Sapiens (business registration no. 215-03-56446), which operates the servers and the inquiry form. Expert Sapiens is not a party to any engagement between you and the Office and does not carry out the Office's work. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.
11. Changes to these Terms
The Office may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Site will be resolved by the competent courts of Korea. Mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you are not affected.
